▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene by nitromethane intercalation graphite using ball milling process comprises (i) dissolving anhydrous ferric chloride in nitromethane, adding graphite, heating under constant stirring state to obtain binary graphite intercalation compound, in which graphite ferric chloride and nitromethane are intercalated with graphite, (ii) placing binary graphite in a high pressure ball mill with dry ice seal, allowing to stand at room temperature, and where dry ice absorbs heat into carbon dioxide gas, (iii) starting a ball mill, decomposing nitromethane under impact of the steel ball, where the carbon dioxide gas absorbs the heat of the explosion and the heat of the steel ball, colliding rapidly into the supercritical state, and (iv) stopping operation of the ball mill, allowing to stand, depressurizing pressure-resistant high pressure ball mill and collecting product to obtain graphene. USE - The method is preparing graphene by nitromethane intercalation graphite using ball milling process. ADVANTAGE - The method: increases binary graphite intercalation compound and the graphite interlayer distance; improves the peeling efficiency of ball milling; increases the interlayer distance in the ball milling process; and prevents the superposition of graphene sheets.
