▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified graphene oxide, is claimed. The modified graphene oxide surface is connected with zinc by a silane coupling agent. The one end of the silicon coupling agent is connected to the surface of the oxidation graphene, and the other end is in communication with the zinc. The surface is provided with a hydrophobic micro-nano structure. USE - The modified graphene oxide is useful for coating. ADVANTAGE - The modified oxidation graphene is capable of inhibiting the agglomeration of the oxidation graphene, and has excellent anti-corrosion performance. The coating has excellent anti-corrosion performance under the triple action of the maze effect of modified graphene oxide, superhydrophobic air cushion and the electrochemical protection of zinc. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a preparation method of modified graphene oxide comprising (1) configuring an aqueous solution of silane coupling agent, adjusting the pH value to 8-10, and stirring to pre-hydrolyze the silane coupling agent in water, (2) adding zinc powder to ethanol to make dispersion, (3) mixing the liquids of (1) and (2), reacting at 40-70degrees C. for 1-4 hours, centrifuging, washing to remove unreacted silane coupling agent, and drying to obtain silane coupling agent grafted on zinc powder solid powder on the surface, (4) adding the solid powder to N,N-dimethylformamide, dispersing, then adding the graphene oxide solid powder, continuously dispersing, heating to 80-150degrees Celsius to react for 4-8 hours, filtering and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide; and (2) a coating.
