NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/nanofiber composite film, comprises: e.g. (1) taking single layer of graphene oxide dispersion, adding stearic acid, stirring uniformly, and drying single-layer graphene oxide dispersion by atomization drying to obtain pleated spherical graphene oxide; (2) mixing terephthalic acid and diol, adding catalyst to mixing and stirring, pressurizing, then vacuuming again, heating, adding pleat graphene oxide, stirring, pre-condensation, and finally heating to obtain graphene polyester composite material, pelletizing to obtain graphene masterbatch; and (3) mixing, melting, and dicing antioxidant, coupling agent, nano silver fiber and resin to obtain functional nanofiber masterbatch, adding graphene masterbatch and functional nanofiber masterbatch obtained in the steps (2) and (3) to terephthalic acid, diol, catalyst, third monomer isophthalate-5-sulfonate, passing nitrogen, esterification reaction, pressurizing again, heating to obtain graphene/nanofiber composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/nanofiber composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes graphene microspheres that greatly reduces the stacking effect between the graphene oxide sheets; improves compatibility, and also contributes to the improvement of mechanical properties, electrical conductivity, and ultraviolet resistance; and improves anti-aging and antibacterial properties of the composite film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a graphene/nanofiber composite film, comprises: (1) taking a single layer of graphene oxide dispersion, adding stearic acid, stirring uniformly, and drying a single-layer graphene oxide dispersion having size of 1-50 mu m by atomization drying method to obtain pleated spherical graphene oxide having carbon-oxygen ratio of 4-7; (2) mixing terephthalic acid and diol, adding catalyst to mixing and stirring, pressurizing at 200-260 degrees C, then vacuuming again, heating to 235-265 degrees C to adding 4-7 pts. wt. pleated spherical graphene oxide, stirring, pre-condensation for 2 hours, and finally heating to 270-300 degrees C polycondensation reaction to obtain graphene polyester composite material, pelletizing to obtain graphene masterbatch, where the molar ratio of terephthalic acid to diol is 1:1-1.5; (3) mixing, melting, and dicing an antioxidant, a coupling agent, 12-20 pts. wt. the nano silver fiber and the resin to obtain a functional nanofiber masterbatch, and adding the graphene masterbatch and granular and functional nanofiber masterbatch obtained in the steps (2) and (3) to terephthalic acid, diol, catalyst, third monomer isophthalate-5-sulfonate, passing nitrogen, esterification reaction at 220-260 degrees C for 2 hours, pressurizing again, heating to 270-300 degrees C for polycondensation reaction to obtain a graphene/nanofiber composite material, where the molar ratio of terephthalic acid to diol is 1:1-1.5; and (4) melting the graphene/nanofiber composite obtained in the step (3) and casting into the graphene/nanofiber composite film. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene/nanofiber composite film produced by the production method as per se.
