▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high conductivity laser induced graphene material comprises (i) mixing high conductivity material into polyimide thermoplastic solution to form mixed solution, coating mixed solution on the silicon oxide substrate, performing heat treatment and curing to obtain a composite film, and (ii) using laser to irradiate the composite film. USE - The method is useful for preparing high conductivity laser induced graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The method generates laser-induced graphene on the polyimide composite film through the action of a laser and greatly improves the high-conductivity material.
