NOVELTY - In three-electrode system, silver/silver chloride electrode as reference electrode, platinum wire electrode as auxiliary electrode and oxidized graphene-modified glassy carbon electrode as working electrode, 0.002 mol/L adamantyl benzoate hexamethylenediamine bis-Schiff base nickel complex as electrolyte is electrodeposited on glass carbon electrode surface in the controlled voltage of -1.5 V to 1.5 V and scan rate of 100 mV/second, and dried at room temperature, to obtain nickel complex/graphene modified glassy carbon electrode. USE - Production of nickel complex/graphene-modified glassy carbon electrode used for detecting concentration of carmine in sample (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Glass carbon electrode in the suede is polished using 0.5 mu m alumina powder, ultrasonically washed using ultrapure water, anhydrous ethanol and secondary distilled water, and placed in an oven at 50 degrees C for 5 minutes. 2 mg Graphene oxide is removed from filter paper, and graphene oxide is polished until it can be adsorbed by the electrode. After polished, the dried glassy carbon electrode is removed from the oven, and surface of electrode is rubbed back and forth on a qualitative filter paper with ground graphene oxide for 1 minute. The resultant material is then washed using absolute ethanol and distilled water to obtain graphene-modified glassy carbon electrode.
