NOVELTY - Preparing composite super-lubricating coating with nanometer curling structure comprises (i) preparing lubricating phase of a nano-coil structure by mixing the two-dimensional nano-sheet powder and nano-particle powder uniformly, then adding ball milling tank for ball milling treatment to obtain the composite of nano-coil structure of two-dimensional nano-sheet coated nano particles, (ii) preparing dispersion by taking prepared the two-dimensional nano-sheet wrapped nano-particle composite, dispersing in absolute ethyl alcohol, enhancing bonding force of the dispersion and the substrate, adding resin binder in the dispersion, then ultrasonically dispersing uniformly to obtain the composite dispersion, (iii) preparing composite super-lubricating coating by using the conventional coating method, spraying the composite dispersion prepared in the step (ii) on the surface of the substrate under the compressed air or compressed nitrogen, and drying in the air. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite super-lubricating coating with nanometer curling structure. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and easy; is suitable for popularization and application under engineering parts and operation conditions. The coating can be taking as lubricating additive to add into lubricating oil to play a significant anti-friction effect.
