NOVELTY - Preparation of polymer microspheres/graphene oxide emulsion involves (S1) mixing 25-40 pts. wt. oil medium, 12-20 pts. wt. emulsifier and 5-10 pts. wt. surfactant and stirring at 40-60°C for 30-60 minutes, lowering the temperature of oil phase to room temperature, (S2) mixing 0.5-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide (GO), 14-20 pts. wt. non-ionic monomer, 5-10 pts. wt. ionic monomer, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 1-2 2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, dissolving in 15-20 pts. wt. water, adjusting the pH of the solution to 6.5-7.5, adding 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. oxidant solution with a concentration of 15 wt.%, (S3) emulsifying and polymerizing by dissolving the aqueous phase, pouring it into the oil phase, mixing and stirring for 30-60 minutes at a stirring rate of 300-1000 rpm, passing inert gas into the resulting mixture for 5-30 minutes, adding 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. reducing agent solution with a concentration of 5 wt.%, and lowering the temperature to 25°C. USE - Preparation of polymer microspheres/graphene oxide emulsion used for stripping oil at interface of water, oil and terrane solids, used as oilfield regulating and displacing agent for controlling, displacing and plugging of geological oil reservoirs and for reducing interfacial tension between water and oil reducing viscosity of heavy oil (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses graphene oxide to improve the plugging performance of emulsion on pore throat, and improve the emulsification ability of crude oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polymer microspheres/graphene oxide emulsion involves (S1) preparing an oil phase by mixing 25-40 pts. wt. oil medium, 12-20 pts. wt. emulsifier and 5-10 pts. wt. surfactant and stirring at 40-60°C for 30-60 minutes, lowering the temperature of oil phase to room temperature, (S2) preparing aqueous phase by mixing 0.5-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide (GO), 14-20 pts. wt. non-ionic monomer, 5-10 pts. wt. ionic monomer, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 1-2 2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, dissolving in 15-20 pts. wt. water, adjusting the pH of the solution to 6.5-7.5, adding 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. oxidant solution with a concentration of 15 wt.% for initiation, (S3) emulsifying and polymerizing by dissolving the aqueous phase, pouring it into the oil phase, mixing and stirring for 30-60 minutes at a stirring rate of 300-1000 rpm, passing inert gas into the resulting mixture for 5-30 minutes, adding 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. reducing agent solution with a concentration of 5 wt.% to initiate the reaction, and lowering the temperature to 25°C. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of the polymer microsphere/graphene oxide emulsion for stripping oil at interface of water, oil and terrane solids.
