▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A supported phosphorus-doped rhodium nickel metal catalyst comprises graphene loaded on phosphorus-doped rhodium-nickel alloy composition. The molar ratio of phosphorus and rhodium in phosphorus-doped rhodium-nickel alloy is 50-80%. USE - Supported phosphorus-doped rhodium nickel metal catalyst used as catalytic dehydrogenation catalyst for catalytic dehydrogenation of hydrazine hydrate (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures industrial mass production of catalyst under mild conditions with easily obtainable raw materials and with uniform appearance, ensures high catalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the preparation method of supported phosphorus-doped rhodium nickel metal catalyst, which involves dissolving rhodium salt in ultrapure water, forming 0.1 mol/l rhodium salt solution, dissolving nickel salt in ultrapure water, forming 0.1 mol/l nickel salt solution, dissolving oxidized graphene and sodium hypophosphite in ultrapure water, ultrasonically dispersing at room temperature, stirring, adding the rhodium salt solution and the nickel salt solution, adding sodium borohydride to solution, adding sodium hydroxide solution, so that the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution system is reached to 2 mol/l, continuously stirring, reacting for 2 hours, centrifuging the resulting product and drying; and (2) the application of supported phosphorus-doped rhodium nickel metal catalyst as catalytic dehydrogenation catalyst.
