▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polyacrylonitrile fiber hydrophobic treatment agent comprises 0.4-1 wt.% water-miscible phosphoric acid modified bisphenol A epoxy resin, 0.1-0.2 wt.% polyoxyethylene ether type nonionic surfactant, 0.05-0.2 wt.% fluorinated surfactant, 0.02-0.08 wt.% graphene oxide and water (balance amount). USE - Used as polyacrylonitrile fiber hydrophobic treatment agent. ADVANTAGE - The treatment agent does not require addition of volatile organic solvents. The method has simple process and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polyacrylonitrile fiber hydrophobic treatment agent, comprising (i) adding epoxy resin and acetone into a reactor, stirring and slowly heating until the epoxy resin is completely dissolved, adding distilled water in batches, heating the reactor at 40-50 degrees C, adding phosphoric acid in batches, reacting at 60-80 degrees C, stopping the reaction when the measured acid value or epoxy value no longer changes, and then distilling off acetone and water under reduced pressure to obtain phosphoric acid modified epoxy resin, (ii) dissolving the prepared phosphoric acid modified epoxy resin in absolute ethanol, adding ethanol solution of potassium hydroxide, stirring, heating, neutralizing at 60-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours, maintaining pH of the solution at 7.5-8.5, and distilling off the ethanol to obtain aqueous epoxy resin, and (iii) mixing the prepared aqueous epoxy resin with aqueous solution with certain mass fraction, adding polyoxyethylene ether type nonionic surfactant into the solution, and stirring at room temperature for 0.5-1 hour to obtain final product.
