▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene comprises providing a mixture of a feedstock of waste plastic and a catalyst in a first chamber, pyrolyzing the mixture at 400-1000 degrees C to provide a pyrolyzed product, treating the pyrolyzed product with an acid to obtain graphene and a mixture of gases and lower hydrocarbon, and directing the mixture of gases and lower hydrocarbon to a catalytic chamber unit to generate a mixture of fuels. USE - The process is useful for manufacturing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process: provides graphene from a feed stock of waste plastic; utilizes the self-sustaining recycle system which provides a compact waste-to-energy processing system that complete converts waste materials into graphene and a mixture of fuels at a single location, converts the heat generated to electrical energy, thus making the system a self-sustaining recycle system; provides a mixture of fuels that may be converted into high value fuel; utilizes the residue of the pyrolyzed product obtained in the second chamber into a mixture of additives for the concrete mixture; produces simultaneously graphene, mixture of fuels, a mixture of additives for concrete mixture and electrical energy at a single location, absorbs toxic gases i.e. generated during operation by employing a toxic gas filter tower, thus making the process a green process; and is simple, easy operable and cost effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a self-sustaining recycle system (10) to manufacture graphene, comprising a first chamber (28) configured to receive a feedstock of waste plastic (12) and having a first filter (22), where the first chamber comprises a first outlet and a second outlet and is enclosed in a hollow housing, a second chamber (20) coupled to the first chamber, where the second chamber is associated with a collection chamber to collect the graphene manufactured, and a turbine unit associated with the first chamber to generate electrical energy employed to run the self-sustained system.
