NOVELTY - Powder coating comprises 30-45 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester resin, 25-35 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene powder, 12-18 pts. wt. curing agent, 3-6 pts. wt. leveling agent and 0.5-0.9 pt. wt. benzoin. USE - The powder coating is useful for metal anticorrosion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The powder coating is applied to the metal sheet which has high density and strong penetration resistance, protects the metal from corrosion, improves the service life of the metal, and has excellent adhesion and excellent impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the powder coating for metal anticorrosion, involving pulverizing unsaturated polyester resin and bisphenol A epoxy resin to 100-200 mesh to obtain a mixed resin, adding graphene powder, curing agent, leveling agent, benzoin and mixed resin to a high-speed mixer, mixing at a rotation speed of 500-800 rpm at 40-60 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture to a twin-screw extruder with a speed of 200-300 rpm, maintaining the temperature of extruder cavity at 100-120 degrees C, maintaining the temperature of discharge port at 115-125 degrees C, performing melt extrusion, cooling the melt, and pulverizing to 250-300 mesh to obtain the product; and (2) a powder coating application method for metal anticorrosion, involving passing the powder coating through a 200-300 mesh sieve, spraying the powder coating on the surface-treated metal sheet through an electrostatic spray gun, and fully curing the powder coating at 190-210 degrees C/8-12 minute, where the paint film thickness is 90-110 mu m.
