NOVELTY - Preparing an expanded graphite composite wave-absorbing coating, comprises (1) dissolving cobalt salt and nickel salt in solvent, stirring, adding silane coupling agent, obtaining the first mixed solution, (2) mixing the expanded graphite with the first mixed solution, and vacuum filtering, (3) adding butylamine to the second mixed solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion and stirring to obtain the third mixed solution, (4) drying the third mixed liquid to obtain the first mixed powder, (5) heat treating to the first mixed powder at 280-320℃ to obtain the second mixed powder, (6) mixing the second mixed powder with the silicon carbide powder, adding a solvent and a binder, stirring and mixing to obtain a fourth mixed solution, (7) granulating the fourth mixed liquid to obtain a third mixed powder, and (8) plasma spraying the third mixed powder to obtain a wave-absorbing coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing expanded graphite composite wave-absorbing coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables the metal particles and the expansion graphene to alternately mix and accumulate on the molecular level, uniformly dispersing, preparing the wave-absorbing coating with better absorbing performance.
