NOVELTY - The detector has a graphene/C60 composite absorption layer provided with a single layer or multiple layers of graphene. Each graphene layer is formed with a gate medium layer. Two ends of each graphene layer are provided with a source electrode and a drain electrode, respectively. A heterojunction transistor obtains UV absorption characteristics. The source electrode and the drain electrode are made of gold, titanium, platinum, chromium, aluminum, nickel and palladium. The gate medium layer is made of highly doped N or P-type silicon material. A gate dielectric layer is made of silicon dioxide, higher dielectric constant aluminum oxide, gallium oxide and silicon nitride. USE - Graphene/carbon-60 composite absorption layer based UV detector for a spectrum detection analyzing and image recognizing array system.
