NOVELTY - Preparing composite glass powder involves dispersing graphene in water to make a graphene suspension, dispersing the glass powder in the first solvent, adding the first silane coupling agent and the graphene suspension, dispersing with ultrasound, heating, and washing and drying to obtain a graphene-coated glass powder. The nano-silver powder and the prepared graphene-coated glass powder are placed in a ball mill tank. The second silane coupling agent and the coating auxiliary are dissolved with a second solvent. The mixed solution is added to the ball mill tank, ball milled, and sieved to obtain Composite glass powder with a particle size of not more than 5 microns. USE - Method for preparing composite glass powder used in conductive silver paste (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enable to prepare composite glass powder that facilitates the infiltration of silver at the interface, reduces the generation of interface holes during the sintering process of silver powder, and improves the electrical performance of solar cells.
