▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-carbon material/sulfur composite positive electrode material comprises three-dimensional porous graphene carbon material having micro-nano structure and elemental sulfur. The three-dimensional porous graphene carbon material is obtained by mixing waste ion-exchange resin with alkali solution and then carbonizing at 500-1200 degrees C. The specific surface area of dimensional porous graphene carbon material is 1500-3200 m2/g and pore diameter of 2 nm or less. The dimensional porous graphene carbon material is provided with 50-80%. USE - Graphene-carbon material/sulfur composite positive electrode material for lithium-sulfur battery. ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is simplified and production cost is reduced. The utilization ratio of sulfur is high, and the recycling performance of the lithium sulfur battery is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of composite positive electrode material, which involves dispersing waste ion exchange resin in alkaline solution, and stirring the reaction, under an inert atmosphere, heating the mixture at 500-1200 degrees C, to obtain three-dimensional porous graphene carbon material having micro-nano structure, adding is graphene carbon material with elemental sulfur to obtain composite cathode material.
