NOVELTY - Graphene-PI film comprises 16-20 pts. wt. 4,4'-Oxydiphthalic anhydride, 16-20 pts. wt. 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether, 100-123 pts. wt. modifier, 1-2 pts. wt. filler and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. binder. The modifier is a mixed solution of graphene and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. USE - The film is useful in electronic field. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the dispersibility of graphene by mixing graphene with N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, so that graphene is uniformly dispersed in other raw materials of graphene PI film, which makes the graphite sheet obtained by carbonization and graphitization of graphene PI film has good thermal conductivity and can dissipate the heat of the battery and other products, due to the improvement in the heat dissipation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-PI film comprising (a) weighing the graphene and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone in a weight ratio of 1.7-2.1:100, mixing uniformly, vibrating for 15-25 minutes to obtain the mixed material A, (b) weighing 4,4'-Oxydiphthalic anhydride, adding the mixed material A, vibrating for 5-10 minutes to obtain the mixed material B, (c) weighing 4, 4'-diaminodiphenyl ether, adding to mixed material B, vibrating for 5-10 minutes, placing into a sealed container, introducing nitrogen, raising the temperature to 45-60degrees Celsius, stirring and reacting for 3-5 hours to obtain the mixed material C and (d) weighing filler and binder, mixing uniformly, adding to obtain the mixed material C, stirring for 20-30 minutes, preparing film, raising the temperature to 75-85degrees Celsius, reacting for 7-12 hours and cooling to room temperature to obtain the graphene-PI film.
