NOVELTY - Preparing island fiber involves mixing nano-porous particle, graphene material and first island component under twin-screw machine to obtain functional master-batch. The obtained functional master-batch and the second island components, sea components are mixed through the twin screw machine melt blending spinning to obtain island fiber mixture. The obtained island fiber mixture is placed under spinning of island fiber to be cooled, dried, and placed under winding process to obtain desired fiber. USE - Method for preparing island fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare island fiber has anti-bacterium, mothproofing, mildew-proof, heat insulation and cooling effect.
