NOVELTY - Graphene oxide anti-abrasion ultra-high toughness concrete comprises 700-800 pts. wt. cement, 150-200 pts. wt. fly ash microbeads, 150-200 pts. wt. silica fume, 900-1080 pts. wt. machine sand, 23-50 pts. wt. hydrophilic rubber particles, 160-200 pts. wt. hybrid fibers, 34.5-37.95 pts. wt. water-reducing agent for shrinkage and viscosity reduction, 0.005-0.01 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 46-69 pts. wt. compound expansion agent, 207-218.5 pts. wt. water. The hybrid fiber is composed of copper-plated straight steel fiber, multi-anchor steel fiber, and PVA fiber with a mass ratio of 6-8: 1 to 2: 1-2. USE - Graphene oxide anti-abrasion ultra-high toughness concrete used as a building material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide anti-abrasion ultra-high toughness concrete has excellent impact toughness and abrasion resistance, good volume stability, and high bonding strength at the interface between new and old concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene oxide anti-abrasion ultra-high-toughness concrete, which comprises: (A) preparing a raw material with a ratio; (B) premixing the machine sand, cement, silica fume and fly ash microbeads uniformly; and adding hydrophilic rubber particles and mixing well to obtain mixture A; (C) adding the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion and the shrinkage-reducing and viscosity-reducing water-reducing agent to the mixture A and mix well; (D) pouring in water and mixing well; (E) adding compound expansion agent and mixing well to obtain mixture B; and adding mixed fibers and mixing well when the mixture B becomes viscous; and (F) molding and curing, ready to serve.
