NOVELTY - The system has grinder (1), dissolving tank (2), ultrasonic meter (3), centrifuge (4), blending machine (5), twin-screw extruder (6), cooling air dryer (7) and dryer (8). The milling machine, the dissolving tank, the ultrasonic meter, the centrifuge, the blending machine, the twin-screw extruder, the cooling air dryer, and the dryer are sequentially connected. The systems are all connected to the control cabinet and controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC). The dissolving tank is provided with a stirrer. USE - Graphene polymerization PA6 preparation system. ADVANTAGE - The preparation system has a reasonable design, safe and convenient operation, and adopts PLC control to save labor. The product quality is good, and the performance indexes such as strength, toughness and flame retardancy of the finished product are all increased, and the application is more extensive.
