NOVELTY - A graphene graphite core-sheath structure fiber is prepared by (1) adding carbon fiber as raw material in mixture of strong acid and strong oxidizing agent, stirring, cooling, diluting with water, washing until neutral, drying to obtain product 1; (2) adding obtained product 1 in mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, stirring, and heating, oxidizing, steaming in water vapor atmosphere, washing until neutral, drying to obtain graphite oxide core-sheath structure fiber; and (3) rapid thermal peeling obtained graphite oxide core-sheath structure fiber. USE - Preparation of graphene graphite core-sheath structure fiber for electrochemical electrode and catalyst carrier. ADVANTAGE - Preparation of graphene graphite core-sheath structure fiber is simple and has low cost. Product has good conductivity and large specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene graphite core-sheath structure fiber is prepared by (1) adding carbon fiber as raw material in mixture of strong acid and strong oxidizing agent, stirring at 50-100 degrees C for 0-24 hours, cooling at room temperature, diluting with water, taking out carbon fiber, washing until neutral, drying at room temperature to obtain product 1; (2) adding obtained product 1 in mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, stirring, and heating at 35-50 degrees C, oxidizing, taking out product 1, steaming in water vapor atmosphere for 4-12 hours, washing until neutral, drying to obtain graphite oxide core-sheath structure fiber; and (3) rapid thermal peeling obtained graphite oxide core-sheath structure fiber.
