NOVELTY - Graphene oxide/ triiron tetraoxide/zinc oxide composite material comprises graphene oxide and a composite material of triiron tetraoxide and zinc oxide compounded on the surface of the graphene oxide. USE - The graphene oxide/triiron tetraoxide/zinc oxide composite material is useful in thermal wave absorption fileds. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide composite ferric oxide combines the two to provide excellent wave absorbing properties, improve the thermal conductivity of the material while maintaining good electromagnetic absorption performance , achieves large-area contact, form a heat-conducting network, improves material's thermal conductivity, has high electromagnetic wave absorption characteristics and thermal conduction characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene oxide/triiron tetraoxide/zinc oxide composite material, comprising (i) mixing a graphene oxide polyol dispersion, a trivalent iron source, an alkaline regulator, a surfactant and a accelerator to obtain mixed solution (ii) subjecting mixing solution to a thermal reaction under normal pressure to obtain a graphene oxide/ferric oxide composite material, (iii) thermally mixing graphene oxide/triiron tetraoxide composite material and the zinc source solution to obtain a reaction solution, (iv) mixing reaction solution obtained in the above steps with ammonia water, performing reaction at first pH value, and adding alkali, conducting the second reaction at the second pH value, to obtain a graphene oxide/triiron tetraoxide/zinc oxide composite material; and (2) Thermally conductive wave-absorbing material, comprising graphene oxide/ triiron tetraoxide/zinc oxide composite material or composite material according, graphene oxide/ ferric oxide/zinc oxide composite material
