NOVELTY - Graphene oxide and/or layered silicate natural rubber composite material is prepared from 100 pts. wt. natural rubber, 0.1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide or layered silicate, and 0.1-6 pts. wt. stabilizer, where the graphene oxide and layered silicate are pre-modified by the interface agent. USE - Graphene oxide and/or layered silicate natural rubber composite material used for improving space balloon membrane. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide and/or layered silicate natural rubber composite material has good compatibility with natural rubber latex, realizes strong interface bonding through nano-composite of natural rubber latex, graphene oxide, and layered silicate, excellent mechanical properties, radiation aging resistance and air tightness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene oxide and/or layered silicate natural rubber composite material, which involves: (A) preparing graphene oxide water slurry with a concentration of 1-10% at a pH of 6.8-8.1; (B) preparing graphene oxide dispersion liquid by ultrasound at a stirring speed of 80-120 revolutions per minute for 5-10 hours; (C) filtering and removing residue to collect the modified graphene oxide dispersion; (D) preparing layered silicate to a concentration of 1-5% water slurry; (E) adding interface agent under stirring for 40-60 minutes to form layered silicate sheet nano-water dispersion; (F) adding natural rubber and stabilizer under stirring at room temperature for 10 minutes to 2 hours; (G) adding modified graphene oxide dispersion or layered silicate sheet-layer nano aqueous dispersion under stirring for 10-40 minutes; and (H) mixing the other components under stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain the composite material.
