NOVELTY - The preparation method of magnesia/graphene antibacterial coating, involves dripping graphite oxide to auxiliary solution and heating, magnetically stirring, adding magnesium salt solution to mixed system and stirring, dripping alkali solution and stirring to obtain suspension, transferring suspension to microwave hydrothermal kettle, heating to obtain magnesium hydroxide/graphite oxide composite precursor and heating magnesium hydroxide/graphite oxide precursor under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain magnesium oxide/graphene composite material. USE - Preparation of magnesia/graphene antibacterial coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of magnesia/graphene antibacterial coating with increased stability by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of magnesia/graphene antibacterial coating, involves (1) dripping graphite oxide to auxiliary solution and heating at 40-50 degrees C, magnetically stirring, adding magnesium salt solution to mixed system and stirring for 20-60 minutes, dripping alkali solution and stirring for 2 hours to obtain suspension, transferring suspension to microwave hydrothermal kettle, heating at 140-180 degrees C for 15-45 minutes to obtain magnesium hydroxide/graphite oxide composite precursor, heating magnesium hydroxide/graphite oxide precursor under nitrogen atmosphere at 500-650 degrees C to obtain magnesium oxide/graphene composite material, the mass ratio of magnesium oxide and graphene in magnesium oxide/graphene composite material is 4:1-19:1, the concentration of additives in suspension is 0.005-0.2 g/L, controlling pH of suspension to 8-11, (2) mixing 5-20 pts. wt. magnesium oxide/graphene composite material and 60-85 pts. wt. water-based resin, stirring, adding 0.1-2 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.1-2 pts. wt. defoamer, stirring, adding 8-15 pts. wt. kaolin, 5-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide and 0.5-1 pts. wt. thickener and stirring for 0.5-3 hours.
