NOVELTY - A high-viscosity locating adhesive tape comprises 12-15 pts. wt. release layer, 14-19 pts. wt. anti-static paint and 24-32 pts. wt. modified pressure-sensitive adhesive. USE - The high-viscosity locating adhesive tape is used for liquid crystal display material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The tape has excellent antistatic performance, heat conducting performance and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing high-viscosity locating adhesive tape comprising: adding 3-3.2 times ethyl acetate in polyacrylate, reflux in oil bath under stirring condition at 81-83degrees Celsius for 1 hour at speed of 220-300 revolutions/minute (rpm), dropping 1.2-1.4 times polyacrylate modified cyclotrisiloxane into polyacrylate at 40-50 drops/minute, heating to 84degrees Celsius, keeping temperature for 1 hour, cooling to room temperature, adding 10 wt.% ammonia water, adjusting pH value at 7-8, and filtering and discharging to obtain modified pressure-sensitive adhesive; uniformly spraying four sides of release layer with length of 30-32 cm, width of 0.8-1 cm, thickness of 25-30 mum and internal distance of 0.1 cm with anti-static paint with thickness of 30-45 mum, naturally drying, scraping a layer of anti-static paint with length of 29.8-31.8 cm, width of 0.7-0.9 cm and thickness of 96-126 microm on modified pressure-sensitive adhesive, continuously spraying layer of anti-static paint with length of 29.8-31.8 cm, width of 0.7-0.9 cm and thickness of 30-45 microm on modified pressure-sensitive adhesive surface, and spreading release layer with length of 30-32 cm, width of 0.7-0.9 cm and thickness of 25-30 microm to obtain spread adhesive tape; and putting on pressing machine for pressing for 10-12 minutes under pressure of 0.39-0.4 MPa, putting adhesive tape into corona machine, processing for 30-40 seconds at 12-15 KV and 8-9 KW to obtain adhesive tape, heating at 35-40degrees Celsius for 3-5 minutes, cooling to room temperature, using pressing machine for pressurizing for 5-10 seconds at 0.2 MPa, spraying 5-10 m thick polyacrylate on outer surface of side surface, putting into oven for drying at 80degrees Celsius for 3-5 minutes, taking out and cooling to room temperature.
