NOVELTY - Processing auxiliary method of brominated modified neoprene by using graphene comprises (i) dissolving adhesive neoprene in reaction kettle filled with chloroform, regulating temperature, and stirring, (ii) slowly adding hydrobromic acid solution, hydrogen peroxide solution and graphene oxide dispersion liquid into the glue solution, and mixing, (iii) adjusting pH, washing, and separating liquid, (iv) dissolving epoxy soybean oil and calcium stearate in chloroform, adding the separated glue solution, and mixing, (v) distilling, and (vi) cooling, cleaning, extruding, dehydrating, and drying. USE - The method is useful for processing auxiliary method of brominated modified neoprene by using graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified neoprene has improved processing properties and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing auxiliary method of brominated modified neoprene by using graphene comprises (i) dissolving adhesive neoprene in reaction kettle filled with chloroform, regulating temperature to 30-40 degrees C, stirring to completely dissolve the neoprene adhesive to obtain glue solution, where the content of the neoprene adhesive and chloroform is 12-16%, (ii) slowly adding hydrobromic acid solution, hydrogen peroxide solution and graphene oxide dispersion liquid into the glue solution under stirring condition, after completing the adding process, continuously stirring, fully mixing the each component to enter into the glue solution, where the concentration of graphene oxide dispersion liquid is 0.5 mg/l, the concentration of hydrobromic acid solution is 50-100 vol.%, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution is 25-32 vol.% of hydrobromic acid solution, and the volume ratio of the hydrogen peroxide solution and graphene oxide dispersion liquid is 2:3:5, (iii) adding dilute aqueous ammonia to the resulting glue to adjust the pH value to 6.8-7, then washing the glue solution with water, where washing with water frequently, and consuming water, and separating liquid to purified glue solution with specific degree, (iv) dissolving epoxy soybean oil and calcium stearate in chloroform, then adding the separated glue solution, and fully mixing, where the ratio of epoxy soybean oil, calcium stearate and glue solution is 3 g:2 g:1100 g, the amount of the chloroform is required to completely dissolve the epoxy soybean oil and calcium stearate, and then fully mixing with the glue solution, (v) distilling the resulting glue solution for recovering chloroform to obtain modified neoprene crude product, where the distillation temperature slowly rises from room temperature to 60-80 degrees C, and the glue liquid is free of chloroform during distillation process, and (vi) cooling, removing the modified neoprene product from the reaction kettle, cleaning, extruding, dehydrating, and drying to obtain modified neoprene, where the raw materials are neoprene adhesive and a brominating agent comprising hydrobromic acid.
