NOVELTY - An organic light-emitting element comprises a transparent base material (101), an anode, a hole injection layer (104), an organic light emitting layer (105), and a cathode (106). The anode, the hole injection layer, organic light emitting layer, and cathode are laminated in order on the transparent base material. The anode contains graphene films. The graphene film contains graphene film (102) and graphene film (103) formed on the graphene film (102). The sheet carrier density of graphene film (103) is more than the sheet carrier density of graphene film (102). USE - Organic light-emitting element (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The organic light-emitting element has high brightness and improved organic luminescence property. The graphene film in which many carbon atoms have passed-through lattice defect, or film with a small domain size of graphene are formed as a functional graphite film on the graphite film.
