▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene modified lithium material, involves laminating graphene material and lithium metal sheet to contact graphene in graphene material and lithium metal sheet, and combining graphene with lithium metal sheet by transfer printing, and modifying lithium metal sheet, where a thickness of the in graphene material is 0.2-5 nm. The graphene material is graphene prepared by chemical vapor deposition on a base film i.e. polyethylene glycol terephthalate film and heat release adhesive tape film. A doping atom in the graphene is nitrogen, phosphorus, boron, sulfur and/or oxygen atom USE - Preparation method of graphene modified lithium material for preparing electrode material for lithium ion battery used in portable electronic device (all claimed) and electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The method does not affect conductivity and uniformity of lithium metal sheet. A thickness of the graphene modified layer in the graphene modified lithium material is very small, which will not cause energy density loss of battery, can inhibit formation of lithium dendrite, improves cycle stability and electrochemical performance of lithium metal sheet as battery cathode material.
