NOVELTY - Plastic powder coating doped with graphene and two-dimensional filler comprises 0.01-10 wt.% graphene, 70-95 wt.% film-forming resin, 2-15 wt.% two-dimensional filler, and 0.5-5 wt.% film-forming auxiliary agent. USE - Plastic powder coating doped with graphene and two-dimensional filler. ADVANTAGE - The plastic powder coating doped with graphene and two-dimensional filler is simple to prepare, and has good heat conducting performance, antibacterial, anti-corrosion, far infrared performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a metgod for preparing plastic powder coating doped with graphene and two-dimensional filler, which involves sieving the graphene powder by vibrating sieving machine to obtain uniform powder, adding the uniform graphene powder and film-forming resin, filler and film-forming auxiliary agent into the powder mixing machine for fully mixing, and obtaining plastic particles by high temperature melting, mixing, extruding and granulating process, at last, crushing by a crusher and sieving to obtain uniform plastic powder coating.
