▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves transferring a crystalline graphene nanometre belt to a substrate to form a silicon nitride cantilever probe and an electric conduction graphite nano-belt contact edge. A power source is directly connected to a top end of the crystalline graphene nanometre belt. The silicon nitride cantilever probe is connected to the power source. Bias voltage is applied to the crystalline graphene nanometre belt to form a loop. Electric current is passed through the crystalline graphene nanometre belt. Atom level of a graphene edge of the graphene nanometre belt is determined. USE - Needle tip enhancing Raman spectrum based graphite nano-belt edge modification method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing graphite nano-belt introducing defects based on reconstruction of the edge of the graphene nanometre belt. The method enables realizing graphite nano-belt edge modification operation in a convenient manner. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of a graphite nano-belt.
