▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing an adsorbent for skin aging diagnosis based on a body odor volatile marker, comprises: forming a graphene oxide (GO)-doped polyaniline (PANI) (GO:PANI) compound layer through the electrochemical polymerization reaction of an electrolytic solution including GO and an aniline monomer; growing zinc oxide nanorods on the GO:PANI compound layer to form a GO:PANI/zinc oxide nanorods (GO:PANI/ZNRs) composite layer; and reacting the GO:PANI/ZNRs composite layer with a 2-methylimidazole (2-MI) solution to form a GO:PANI/ZNRs/zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8) (GO;PANI/ZNRs/ZIF-8) composite layer. USE - The method is used for preparing an adsorbent for skin aging diagnosis based on a body odor volatile marker (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is possible to provide an adsorbent having a remarkably improved adsorption amount of a volatile label so that high reproducibility can be secured in the body odor analysis process. The adsorbent is capable of adsorbing both polar and non-polar substances in body odor analysis.
