NOVELTY - Aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint, comprises 200-280 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy emulsion, 4-24 pts. wt. aqueous organosilicone emulsion, 16-40 pts. wt. amino resin, 1.2-4 pts. wt. catalyst, 130-220 pts. wt. aqueous pigment filler slurry, 1.2-2.8 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.4-2 pts. wt. flatting agent, 1.2-2.8 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent and 0-12 pts. wt. de-ionized water. USE - The aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint is useful for heat exchanger (claimed) and coating. ADVANTAGE - The paint: is environmentally friendly; has low volatile organic compounds (VOC);improve the tolerance of each chemical medium in the using process, e.g. heat-resistant acid and heat-resistant alkali; satisfies the petroleum chemical device under extreme condition of steam-blowing sweeping; and meets the national mandatory standard GB 30981 requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint comprising adding aqueous epoxy emulsion, aqueous organosilicone emulsion, amino resin and catalyst, carrying out high speed stirring uniformly, adding aqueous pigment slurry in the stirring process, then continuously adding antifoaming agent, flatting agent and anti-flash rust agent under the stirring state, dispersing uniformly and finally adding de-ionized water to obtain the product.
