NOVELTY - Fluorescent aptamer probe comprises nucleic acid aptamer and additional chain dsDNA, where additional chain dsDNA is connected to one end or two ends of nucleic acid aptamer; double-chain structure of additional chain dsDNA is embedded with fluorescent molecule. USE - Fluorescent aptamer probe used for detection of microRNA or ctDNA nucleic acid molecule, where application is non-disease diagnosis purpose (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fluorescent aptamer probe is featured with convenient operation, high sensitivity and good prospect in nucleic acid detection and application.
