NOVELTY - A graphene heat dissipation device comprises a base and two heat dissipation elements (I). The heat dissipation elements (I) are arranged on the base and are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction. A heat dissipation channel (I) is arranged between every two adjacent heat dissipation elements (I). The base and the heat dissipation elements (I) are made of graphene composite materials.
