▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a blue and purple fluorescent single-layer nitrogen-doped graphene comprises placing melamine in a first temperature zone of a single quartz tube with a tubular furnace, and placing a copper substrate in a second temperature zone of the tubular furnace; annealing the copper substrate under 300 standard cubic centimeter/minute (sccm) argon and 100 sccm hydrogen atmosphere at 1030 degrees C for greater than or equal to 30 minutes; reducing the copper substrate to 900-1000 degrees C, and heating melamine to a sublimation temperature; introducing a mixture of hydrogen, methane, and argon gas at a flow ratio of 20:1:1000; and reducing copper substrate to room temperature. USE - Method for preparing a blue and purple fluorescent single-layer nitrogen-doped graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method achieves uniform and large area blue and purple fluorescent single-layer nitrogen-doped graphene.
