NOVELTY - Preparation of silicon carbon negative electrode material comprises mixing nano silicon particles, graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and organic dispersant, performing spray drying treatment, and carbonizing. The sheet diameter of the graphene oxide is 35-45 times the size of the nano silicon particles. USE - The method is used for preparing silicon carbon negative electrode material for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The negative electrode material has low expansion rate and good cycle performance.
