NOVELTY - Preparing multi-stimulation responsive driving device in passive humidity sensor involves adhering double-sided PI adhesive tape on a clean glass slide. A nafion film is adhered on the double-sided PI adhesive tape. A single-side PI adhesive tape is adhered on the nafion film. A PI laser graphene layer is formed on the single-side PI adhesive tape by laser. A PDMS is uniformly coated on the PI laser graphene layer by spin coating process. A composite material film is adhered on the glass slide. The nafion film, PI laser graphene and PDMS three-layer composite material are uncovered from the double-sided PI adhesive tape to obtain multiple stimulation response driving device. USE - The intelligent multi-stimulation responsive driving device is used for passive humidity sensor. ADVANTAGE - The device can realize multi-stimulation responsive actuation of heat, electricity and humidity. The device accurately responds to the humidity to drive the device. The device can realize the accurate response of the humidity. The device can be applied in the passive humidity sensor. The preparation method of the device is simple.
