NOVELTY - A phosphorene-graphene composite material is prepared by taking black phosphorus sheet and lamellar graphite, grinding, adding solvent including deionized water, organic solvent or ionic liquid, mixing, ultrasonicating for 0.5-2 hours, pumping inert gas, homogenizing under 500-4000 bar for 5-60 minutes, centrifuging and separating, obtaining precipitate and supernatant, taking supernatant, freeze drying or vacuum drying. USE - Method for preparing phosphorene-graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has high efficiency, continuous operation and has low device requirement. The product has good electric conductivity, thermal conductivity and flexibility, has large specific surface area, and has high stability.
