▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Antibacterial starch adhesive comprises 100 pts. wt. starch, 8-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-8 pts. wt. chitosan, 2-5 pts. wt. oxidant, 1-5 pts. wt. borax and 250-450 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as antibacterial starch adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes chitosan, which improves antibacterial effect of starch adhesive and enhances bonding strength between starch adhesive and paper; and improves chitosan dispersion degree in starch adhesive, strength of starch adhesive itself by grafting chitosan on graphene; and is conducive to enhancement of adhesion between adhesives. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antibacterial starch adhesive, comprising (i) adding starch into water, heating to 40-60 degrees C, adding oxidant and reacting by stirring to obtain oxidized starch solution, (ii) adding sodium hydroxide into obtained oxidized starch solution and gelatinizing by stirring uniformly to obtain gelatinized starch solution, (iii) chlorinating graphene oxide, adding chitosan and grafting to obtain chitosan grafted graphene, and (iv) adding borax and chitosan grafted graphene into gelatinized starch solution and stirring to obtain final product.
