NOVELTY - Polyelectrolyte modified graphene oxide medicine composition comprises positively charged polyallylamine hydrochloride (PAH) and negatively charged polyacrylic acid (PAA) and cysteine (Cys) on the surface of graphene oxide (GO) loaded with an anticancer drug (X). The polyelectrolyte modified graphene oxide is represented as PAA-CYs/PAH-GO-X. USE - The polyelectrolyte modified graphene oxide medicine composition useful for preventing cancer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition: comprises two layers of polyelectrolyte, which ensures that the medicine is protected under strongly acidic environment, thus providing high performance and stability under strong acidic state; is surface coated with PAA-Cys, which enables the composition to adhere to the intestinal wall to achieve high intestinal absorption effect and in vitro slow-release effect; improves the oral bioavailability of the anticancer drug; and is suitable for antitumor research and clinical research. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of polyelectrolyte-modified graphene oxide medicine composition, comprising (a) adding phosphate buffered saline solution of GO into aqueous solution of anticancer drug under the stirring condition, ultrasonic loading the anticancer drug X on GO, centrifugally precipitating at 10000 revolutions/minute, re-dissolving the precipitate and freeze-drying to obtain GO-X (b) heating GO-X aqueous solutionto 45 degrees C, adding PAH and 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDC) condensation agent, stirring to react to obtain PAH-GO-X (c) adjusting pH with PAA aqueous solution, adding EDC, stirring at 20-35 degrees C, gradually adding Cys, dialyzing the resultant, freeze-drying to obtain PAA-Cys and (d) stirring PAA-Cys and PAH-GO-X, adding small amount of glacial acetic acid, dissolving, adding vitamin E succinate ester solution, reacting, heating and stirring to react for 1 hour and reacting at room temperature for 12 hours to obtain PAA-Cys/PAH-GO-X.
