NOVELTY - Light emitting diode transparent electrode comprises a first layer electrode and a second layer electrode orderly set on the epitaxial layer, the epitaxial layer comprises a P/N electrode finger and a P/N bonding pad, the first layer electrode is set on the P/N electrode finger and the P/N bonding pad, the first layer electrode orderly comprises a chromium layer and a transparent material layer from down to up, the second layer electrode is set on the P/N bonding pad, the second layer electrode comprises a nickel layer and a gold layer in turn from bottom to top and the nickel layer and the gold layer are set on the transparent material layer and the transparent material layer comprises a pure aluminium layer, aluminium copper alloy layer or any one of the graphene layer. USE - The electrode is useful for light emitting diode lamp, electronic device, preferably TV, computer, mobile phone, personal digital assistant, portable multimedia player, digital camera, digital video camera and digital photo frame. ADVANTAGE - The diode realizes reflectivity of the transparent electrode layer material in the first layer electrode is high and light absorption is small, realizes the light emitted by the chip has higher light emitting efficiency and brightening effect at finger, ensures the nickel layer and the gold layer in the second layer electrode can form good inter-metallic stress with the material in the first layer electrode and improves the stability of the electrode bonding wire.
