▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves forming a laminate body by utilizing an etching process. A material is removed from the formed laminate body. A vanadium dioxide layer is formed with vanadium dioxide that is deposited and laminated at an upper part of a functional graphene layer (110). The graphene layer is formed with the material. Another material is transferred to the graphene layer. Dopant is coated on the graphene layer and selected from silicon ammonium phosphate, ammonia, nitrogen, Xenon difluoride, diborane and hydro-carbon gas in chemical vapor deposition (CVD) alloy. USE - Method for manufacturing a laminate of a thermo chromic smart window. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing anthropogenic structural defect production as a base of the vanadium dioxide layer to control temperature and size of a crystal structure and reduce surface roughness. The method enables preventing deformity from being created in a graphene structure and forming a pure water graphene film with CVD such as plasma processing, UV investigation and wet chemical treatment to improve optical transmittance rate of a laminate. The method enables facilitating an imprint process in the materials, simplifying related process in the vanadium dioxide film and improving productivity of the vanadium dioxide film for manufacturing a thermo chromic smart window. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a laminate for a thermo chromic smart window. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of a laminate.
