▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carbon nanoparticle polymer matrix composite comprises polymer matrix having multiple polymer particles, which comprises polymer having a selected composition and a particle size of less than 500 μm, and multiple interconnected electromagnetically irradiated carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) interfacially bonded to the polymer matrix with a consolidated morphology, and the carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) are used to form an interconnected electrical network of carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) integrated into the polymer matrix on a micron scale, and the carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) having a concentration of 7.5 wt % in the polymer matrix composite, the polymer matrix composite configured as a masterbatch. USE - Carbon nanoparticle polymer matrix composite. ADVANTAGE - The matrix composite controls the released heat to uniformly consolidate a polymer powder/carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) mixture into a nano-composite with improved electrical and/or mechanical properties.
