▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene modified thin protective coating comprises component A and component B, where the component A comprises polyether-polyurethane modified polycaprolactone polyol, graphene, carbon black, filler, dispersant, wetting and leveling agent, antifungal agent, light stabilizer and diluents, the polyether-polyurethane modified polycaprolactone polyol comprises polyepsilon-caprolactone diol, polyepsilon-caprolactone triol, polyisocyanate, polyether polyol, catalyst and solvent, and the component B is a rubber-modified polyurethane curing agent comprising polyisocyanate compound, hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene, catalyst and mixed solvent. USE - The coating is useful for rubber. ADVANTAGE - The coating has extremely low coating thickness after curing and high cross-linking density, outstanding insulating effect on various corrosive media, and excellent wear resistance, resilience, adhesion and elasticity matching with rubber substrates. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (i) adding polyepsilon-caprolactone diol, polyepsilon-caprolactone diol, polyether polyol and solvent into a reaction kettle, refluxing and dehydrating for 2 hours, cooling, adding catalyst, maintaining the temperature at 60degrees Celsius, placing polyisocyanate in batches, and each feeding amount is not higher than 30 wt.% of the total amount of polyisocyanate into the reaction kettle, firstly heating and reacting at 60degrees Celsius for 2 hours, heating and reacting to 80degrees Celsius for 4 hours to obtain polyether-polyurethane modified polycaprolactone polyol; (ii) adding diluents, dispersant and wetting and leveling agent into polyether-polyurethane modified polycaprolactone polyol, uniformly stirring at high speed, adding graphene, carbon black and filler, stirring at high speed until there is no obvious particles, grinding the upper nano-basket sand mill to a fineness of less than or equal to 10 microns, adding the remaining diluent, antifungal agent and light stabilizer, uniformly dispersing at high speed, filtering and discharging the material to obtain graphene modified thin protective coating component A; and (iii) adding polyisocyanate compound, catalyst and mixed solvent into a reactor at room temperature, heating to 50-60degrees Celsius, placing hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene into batches with feeding rate not higher than 30 wt.% of the total amount of hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene, heating and reacting for 4-6 hours, cooling and discharging.
