▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The film has a graphene layer formed on a material. A prism portion is formed on the graphene layer. A pattern is formed in a side of the prism portion. An organic layer is provided between the material and graphene layer. The graphene layer is formed as multiple organic/inorganic layers. The prism portion is made of polymer. A UV curable polymer is provided with epoxy resin, polycarbonate, polysulfone group, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) class, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride type, polyvinyl acetate (PVA) and polynorbornene group. USE - Optical film for backlight unit of an LCD. ADVANTAGE - The film improves surface strength of the LCD. The film reduces manufacturing cost by streamlining the manufacturing process. The film improves stability of electric and magnetic wave shielding property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The optical film is made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polypropylene (PP), PMMA, polycarbonate (PC), a polyethersulfone (PES), polyvinylchloride (PVC), polypyrrole, polyimide and polyethylene (PE).
