▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous anticorrosive coating comprises component A comprising 8-17 wt.% propylene glycol methyl ether, 5-8 wt.% water proof agent, 20-35 wt.% graphene-modified epoxy resin, 0.3-1.0 wt.% dispersant, 9-16 wt.% mica, 0.3-1.2 wt.% hydrated magnesium silicate, 0.3-1.2 wt.% fumed silica, 0.4-1.4 wt.% antifoaming agent, 35-45 wt.% zinc powder, 0.3-0.7 wt.% flatting agent, and 0.1-0.3 wt.% wetting agent, and component B comprising 40-50 wt.% curing agent, 3-6 wt.% curing accelerator, 5-8 wt.% anti-flash rust agent, and 40-50 wt.% deionized water, where the component A and component B are used in a weight ratio of 3-4:1. USE - Used as an aqueous anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: saves energy, is environmentally friendly, has good adhesion, strong water resistance, and outstanding anticorrosive performance. The surface of graphene is modified in advance, which solves the problem of poor compatibility between the matrix due to factors e.g. polarity, surface chemical groups, etc, and dispersion and frequent agglomeration affect the performance of coating, which ensures the obtained coating less polluting, more water-based and environmentally friendly, and has no volatile organic compound emissions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing coating comprises (i) placing a small amount of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether or alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether into graphene with a diameter of 3-5 mu m under normal temperature and pressure, after stirring uniformly, adding epoxy monomer to emulsion, polymerizing and modifying graphene, adding the modified graphene to the epoxy resin monomer for polymerization in the proportion of 1-2% to obtain modified resin with uniformly dispersed graphene particles, (ii) compounding the ingredients of component A, grinding the solid, dispersing by a disperser and sand mill, mixing, taking a sample and observing with an electron microscope without any agglomeration phenomenon, (iii) stirring the each component in component B by a blender, and packaging, and (iv) mixing and stirring component A and component B in a certain ratio, and stirring uniformly before normal use.
