NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-zirconium hydrogen phosphate composite material involves adding 0.008-0.08 g graphene oxide to 80 ml solvent, ultrasonically treating resultant mixture for 0.5-3 hours, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion, adding 0.002-0.3 g zirconium hydrogen phosphate to the dispersion, stirring, adding resultant to hydrothermal reactor, reacting at 80-180 degrees C for 2-10 hours, cooling to room temperature, vacuum-drying, calcining resultant in inert atmosphere, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation of graphene-zirconium hydrogen phosphate composite material used as lithium battery cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene-zirconium hydrogen phosphate composite material having improved conductivity. The battery provided with the graphene-zirconium hydrogen phosphate composite material has excellent cycle stability.
