▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of high strength graphene enameled polystyrene involves (i) uniformly mixing graphene, sodium alkyl sulfate, and sodium alkyl sulfonate with styrene to obtain modified graphene pre-dispersion, (ii) adding oil-based dispersant to modified graphene pre-dispersion to obtain oil-based mixture, (iii) adding deionized water and dispersant to a reaction vessel, slowly adding oil-based mixture, heating, adding nucleating agent and initiator, stirring, heating, low temperature reacting, adding a particle size adjusting agent, and reacting. USE - Preparation of high strength graphene enameled polystyrene used in packaging industry, for packaging precision instrument, and aerospace component. ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of high strength graphene enameled polystyrene with excellent mechanical property, tensile strength higher than 400%, and compressive strength higher than 200%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of high strength graphene enameled polystyrene involves (i) uniformly mixing 0.1-1 wt.% graphene, 0.05-0.1 wt.% sodium alkyl sulfate, and 0.01-0.1 wt.% sodium alkyl sulfonate with styrene to obtain modified graphene pre-dispersion, (ii) adding oil-based dispersant to modified graphene pre-dispersion to obtain oil-based mixture, (iii) adding 100-300 wt.% deionized water and 0.1-1.5 wt.% dispersant to a reaction vessel for 15-45 minutes, slowly adding oil-based mixture, heating at 45-60 degrees C at a rate of 0.5-2.0 degrees C/minute, adding 0.1-0.3 wt.% nucleating agent and 0.3-1.0 wt.% initiator, continuously stirring, continuously heating at 88-92 degrees C, low temperature reacting for 8-10 hours, adding a particle size adjusting agent, reacting for 2-5 hours, adding 0.1-0.3 wt.% dispersant to water, dispersing at 90-92 degrees C, adding 0.02-0.2 wt.% dispersant and 8-12 wt.% blowing agent, heating at 118.5-121 degrees C, high temperature reacting at 0.7-0.9 MPa at a rate of 0.3-0.8 degrees C/minute for 3.0-5.0 hours, cooling to 40-45 degrees C to obtain graphene polystyrene particles, and (iv) foaming the graphene polystyrene particles.
