NOVELTY - Surface treatment of hard alloy, involves grinding and polishing surface of hard alloy worksample in a grinder to make surface of the cemented carbide worksample smooth without scratches, ultrasonically cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaning machine using an alkaline aqueous solution as a cleaning solvent at vibration frequency of 30-50 kHz, hot-air drying at 100-140 degrees C for 2-3 minutes, carrying out nitriding treatment, performing graphene adhesive coating treatment on surface of the cemented carbide worksample, placing resultant product in coil, carrying out longitudinal magnetization of cemented carbide worksample, in which the axis of cemented carbide worksample is parallel to axis of the coil, and energizing the coil to make the cemented carbide worksample produce longitudinal induced current, in which carbide worksample is magnetized as a whole by induced current. USE - Surface treatment of hard alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method enables surface treatment of hard alloy by effectively repairing defects of the cemented carbide surface, improving hardness of the cemented carbide, and cutting performance of tool, and reducing friction coefficient of cemented carbide through graphene adhesive coating treatment, which plays role of anti-wear and loss. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Surface treatment of hard alloy, involves grinding and polishing surface of hard alloy worksample in a grinder to make surface of the cemented carbide worksample smooth without scratches, ultrasonically cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaning machine using an alkaline aqueous solution as a cleaning solvent at vibration frequency of 30-50 kHz, hot-air drying at 100-140 degrees C for 2-3 minutes, carrying out nitriding treatment, performing graphene adhesive coating treatment on surface of the cemented carbide worksample by mixing graphene solution, diluent and ethanol solution in a volume ratio of 1:2:2, placing the mixed solution in a water bath with a constant temperature of 50 degrees C for ultrasonic vibration stirring for 15 minutes, obtaining graphene adhesive coating solution, clamping and fixing the cemented carbide worksample on painting rotary table, spraying graphene adhesive coating on surface of the cemented carbide worksample in rotating state, placing in incubator, heating to 170 degrees C at a rate of 5 degrees C/minute, heat-preserving for 20-40 minutes, and cooling with a thermostat to obtain cemented carbide worksample treated with graphene adhesive coating, placing resultant product in coil, carrying out longitudinal magnetization of cemented carbide worksample, in which the axis of cemented carbide worksample is parallel to axis of the coil, and energizing the coil to make the cemented carbide worksample produce longitudinal induced current, in which carbide worksample is magnetized as a whole by induced current. The base material of the hard alloy worksample is tungsten carbide-cobalt cemented carbide comprising 80-90 wt.% tungsten carbide, 9-18 wt.% cobalt and 1-2 wt.% titanium carbide.
