NOVELTY - Flame-retardant fiber plate with low smoke toxicity, comprises wood fiber and flame retardant adhesive including resin adhesive aqueous solution and low smoke toxicity composite flame retardant. USE - The flame retardant fiber plate is used in high-rise building, indoor decoration of public places and furniture manufacturing. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant fiber plate solves the high flame danger, large smoke production, and unqualified smoke production toxicity used in current singing and dancing entertainment venues, high-rise buildings and other places and is prone to mildew and easy discoloration and other technical problems during storage and use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the flame retardant fiber plate, comprising (a) taking the resin adhesive aqueous solution, adding the low-smoke-toxicity composite flame retardant under stirring, and preparing the flame retardant adhesive solution, (b) mixing the dried and weighed wood fiber, spraying the flame retardant adhesive solution under the condition of stirring, continuously stirring and taking out the wood fiber and drying, (c) paving and shaping the dried wood fiber, and (d) hot-pressing and shaping the paved wood fiber, trimming, and grinding.
