NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-containing composite material board involves mixing graphene and foaming agent, adding to temperature-sensitive capsules, spray-drying, obtaining graphene/foaming agent microcapsule coated with temperature-sensitive capsule (A), mixing nano ferrite and foaming agent evenly, adding to temperature-sensitive capsule, spray-drying, obtaining nano ferrite/foaming agent microcapsule coated with temperature-sensitive capsule (B), mixing iron-silicon-aluminum and foaming agent, adding to temperature-sensitive capsule, spray-drying, obtaining iron-silicon-aluminum/foaming agent microcapsule coated with temperature-sensitive capsule (C), mixing the product (A), polyolefin and processing aid, obtaining polyolefin composition (P1), mixing the product (B), polyolefin and processing aid, obtaining polyolefin composition (P2), mixing the product (C), polyolefin and processing aid, obtaining polyolefin composition (P3), and extruding. USE - Preparation of graphene-containing composite material board (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of lightweight graphene-containing composite material board having excellent electromagnetic wave absorption effect, shock absorption effect and damping property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-containing composite material board involves mixing graphene and foaming agent, adding to temperature-sensitive capsules, spray-drying, obtaining graphene/foaming agent microcapsule coated with temperature-sensitive capsule (A), mixing nano ferrite and foaming agent evenly, adding to temperature-sensitive capsule, spray-drying, obtaining nano ferrite/foaming agent microcapsule coated with temperature-sensitive capsule (B), mixing iron-silicon-aluminum and foaming agent, adding to temperature-sensitive capsule, spray-drying, obtaining iron-silicon-aluminum/foaming agent microcapsule coated with temperature-sensitive capsule (C), mixing the product (A), polyolefin and processing aid, obtaining polyolefin composition (P1), mixing the product (B), polyolefin and processing aid, obtaining polyolefin composition (P2), mixing the product (C), polyolefin and processing aid, obtaining polyolefin composition (P3), separately adding the compositions (P1)-(P3) to different barrels of three-layer co-extrusion machine, and extruding to obtain three-layer composite sheet. The composite material board comprises polyolefin foam layer containing nano ferrite, polyolefin foam layer containing graphene, and iron-silicon-aluminum-containing polyolefin foam layer, arranged from bottom to top.
